Accounting Clerk
Job Description:
We are looking for someone with strong communication, excellent critical thinking, high attention to detail, interpersonal, observation, and organizational skills paired with an overwhelming amount of compassion and care. If you’re ready to start a career where you’ll build long-lasting relationships and be fulfilled professionally and intellectually, then we’re excited to work with you. As an Accounting Clerk, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Comptroller. You will assist with payroll functions, enter invoices into our QuickBooks software, and assist with other projects needed by the Comptroller. This position is part time, 20 hours per week, day shift Monday-Friday.
Job Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate (College preferred).
Experience: Minimum of two years experience within Accounting and/or Payroll. Hospice experience is a plus.
Skills: Knowledge of office equipment. QuickBooks experience is required. Must read, write, and comprehend English. Strong communication. Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills. High attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines.
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
$21.00-$27.00/hr – Based on experience.


On Call Weekend RN
$5,000 Sign on Bonus for Part Time, Every Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm.
$2,500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time, Every Other Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm.
Job Description:

Competitive pay and bonus option is available. As an On Call Weekend Hospice Nurse, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director. You will respond to an emotional and/or medical crisis of the patient, and ensure correct documentation, all while communicating with everyone involved (patient, patient’s family, care team, supervisor). You will be required to perform triage duties. And just like all our team members, we ask our RNs to uphold core values and standards. This position is part time is available Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm. Open to discuss every weekend, or every other weekend, availability.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
Licensure: Current license as a registered nurse (RN) and/or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), current Driver’s License.
Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospice care setting is a must.
Skills: Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life. Proof of current CPR. Must read, write, and comprehend English. Strong communication. Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills.
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
$41.00-$48.00/hr – Based on experience.
